INTERNAL REGULATIONS FOR CUSTOMERS AND SUBSCRIBERS

1. The regulation in force is established for the normal performance of the activities of PHOENIX GYM members, for the protection of their health, as well as for the purpose of respecting the order and cleanliness of the rooms and equipment.

2. Knowing, acquiring and observing the Internal Order Regulations of the fitness room is mandatory for all people who visit our gym. By paying for a session or the subscription and signing the Registration Form, you certify that you have taken note of the Internal Order Regulation and that you are obliged to respect it, being aware that non-compliance leads to the cancellation of the session or the subscription.

3. Any person who benefits from one or more services provided by Phoenix Gym, automatically becomes a Member.

4. The services of the Phoenix Gym are open daily, from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 21:30, Saturday between 09:00 and 18:00, and Sunday between 9:00 and 14:00: 00. The management reserves the right to manage and change the operating hours in special situations. These changes will be displayed at the hall reception and on the official website.

5. Access to the gym is only possible with the use of protective footwear provided by Phoenix Gym.

6. Registration is done on the basis of the identity card, access being allowed only after completing the registration form and issuing the membership card, which is strictly personal and non-transferable. The loss of the card does not attract payment obligations other than the amount related to the renewal of the holder's card in the amount of 15 lei, an amount that will be paid in advance, at the time of registration, as a guarantee.

7. Access to the club premises of the subscribed members will be based on the subscription card or the identity card (in case the access card is lost or damaged), these being kept at the hall reception until the locker room key is returned . The access to the premises of those who are not holders of a membership subscription will be made only after payment of the value of the services requested, chosen from the offer available at that time.

8. The use of the membership card by another person, other than the card holder, is prohibited. The use of the Membership Card by a person other than the card holder leads to the cancellation of the card and its retention at the club reception.

9. Payment for services is made only at the reception. Payment is collected in the form of cash, bank card or other legal form of payment agreed by mutual agreement.

10. Members are obliged to pay the value of the ordered services at the price sent by Phoenix Gym. In the case of staggered payment of the subscription price, non-compliance with the payment due date leads to the automatic cancellation of the subscription and the loss of the amount paid by the member. The sums paid by the member will not be returned or transferred to the account of other people or to the account of other services.

11. Renunciation of the chosen services, for various reasons by the client/subscriber, entails the loss of the amount paid.

12. The management reserves the right to terminate the subscription and cancel the subscription cards without returning any amount to those customers who violate this Internal Order Regulation, as well as any subsequent changes thereof.

13. Subscriptions valid for 1 year can be suspended for a period of 30 days, those for 6 months for a period of 21 days, those for 3 months for a period of 14 days and those for 1 month for a period of 7 days , specifying in advance the exact period of the suspension, in person at the hall reception, accompanied by the access card or bulletin.

14. The changing room can be used by the Member only during a single entry into the gym. Members will not be able to store personal items overnight in the gym's locker rooms. Every evening after the closing of the program, the gym reserves the right to open all the locked locker rooms.

15. Losing the key to the lockers in the changing rooms entails the payment of a fee in the amount of 20 lei.

16. The gym is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of personal items.

17. When entering the training room, members are required to have appropriate sports equipment, i.e. clean sneakers and a towel. It is forbidden for members and/or their guests to enter the training room with street shoes.

18. Members who exercise with heavy weights are recommended to request the support of a Phoenix Gym trainer. Members will put all the weights and any other equipment used in the training in the specially designated place in the training room at the end of each training session. In order to maintain a high level of hygiene, all Members must use, during training, the towels provided and store any waste in the spaces specially arranged for this purpose inside the gym.

19. Members are prohibited from using inappropriate or offensive language in Phoenix Gym, as well as any type of physical and/or verbal violence, both towards other members or members' guests and towards Phoenix Gym staff. Members unsatisfied with the Phoenix Gym services must notify the reception in this sense or fill in the suggestions and complaints notebook, located at the club's reception.

20. Members implicitly declare by using the services offered by the gym that they do not suffer from health problems and that they are medically fit to use the facilities offered by the gym (fitness machines).

21. Phoenix Gym does not assume any responsibility for any bodily injuries or loss of life recorded in the premises of the gym. Phoenix Gym will make every effort to prevent the occurrence of any events or situations that could harm customers and subscribers.

22. Phoenix Gym reserves the right to install surveillance cameras inside the club. At the same time, it is forbidden to take photos and film inside the hall without the permission of the management.

23. Subscribers and customers will not have access to the areas reserved for staff, which will be signaled accordingly.

24. It is strictly forbidden for children under 16 to enter the gym unaccompanied by an adult. Parents must be responsible for the behavior of their children and will be directly responsible for any deviations from the Regulations.

25. The consumption of drugs, medicines and other illegal substances, as well as any transactions with such products, are strictly prohibited inside the gym.

26. It is strictly forbidden for members or their guests to possess any weapons in the premises of the Phoenix Gym, including but not limited to pistols with bullets, gas pistols, paralyzing sprays or electric shocks.

27. The management can prohibit access or remove from the gym the persons who, through acts other than those enumerated by way of example in the present regulation, create discomfort, disturb the other members of the club, cause material or image damage to the hall, etc. In these cases, the management can order the cancellation of the subscription card and the full termination of the subscription , without the intervention of the court, without a grace period and without fulfilling any other formality.

28. Phoenix Gym reserves the right to modify these Regulations and undertakes to inform members and clients of the regulations in an updated form by displaying them inside the gym and by making them available in written form on the official website.

29. The internal order regulation is mandatory for any person who benefits from Phoenix Gym services, the gym reserving the right to take any fair measures against those who do not respect it, in accordance with the above provisions.
